This is about Stacie and Tom's life together in Marquette, Michigan. We moved here in September 2001 with no jobs, and no place to live (except hotels, lol). We love it up here, and in each post you'll read new and old stories about us!

Ontonagon

So, we went to Ontonagon for the first time this summer.
We went right after work Saturday and came back Sunday afternoon.

We got there and cracked open a beer and watched Uncle Gary prepare the breezeway for installing ceramic tiles. I should have taken a picture.

All I got was this one of the beach and the creeping mist.

We had fun at the campfire, I actually stayed awake until 1am. The Zima's helped with that. We were hoping to see some Northern Lights, but none came out...

We camped outside that night and as soon as the lights in the house went out I heard Coyotes howling and yelping. They kept waking me up all night with their yelping.
I was surprised Perry didn't wake up from it. (He was too tired from playing in the water all day).

summer keeps me busy

Last weekend I went on our annual Mother/Daughter trip.
That includes my Aunt Diane, Cousin Holly, Cousin Caryn and Aunt Suzie and My mom.
We go somewhere different every year.
This year we went to Holland, MI.

We took a dune buggy ride. Acutally, it was more a Dune - truck.
But it was SUPER FUN.

We had a spa day.
I got a Swedish Massage and Pedicure. That was great.
We went out to eat that night and got all dressed up.

After all was said and done I had driven almost 1,000 miles that weekend.
