end of January/finally snow

It's like I'm standing in a big snow globe that never settles...
it's nice. I like the snow. I like feeling like we might be snowed in.

Janet and Ryan were here

They came to stay the night at our house a couple of weeks ago.
it was super fun to see them.
We had a bon-fire.
and ate chicken wings.

Where is all the snow? does anybody know?
Marquette is snowless.

We're trying to keep ourselves occupied by working on the house a little.
The picture above is the new countertops and sink that Tom put in, in November.
They are new and lovely. lol, now I'm just talking like a dork.
Next, will be the main bathroom. It is getting new walls, floors (tiles), and sink, and fixtures.

Perry wants to go on a boat ride... any takers?

OH YEAH! we got a mysterious box of deep dish pizza's from Illinois.
Does anyone know who sent us these?
We have a good idea who, maybe that 'somebody' will let us in on it. :)
